Surrogacy has been used for many years to treat children. When you’re treating babies/children they need to run around the room and kinesiology is just not practical to do on them. For that reason, surrogacy is always used. The parents hold the child and the testing/treatment is done through them. I don’t actually touch the children at all.

When COVID-19 lockdown began, a long standing client whose children I have treated for many years, contacted me and asked me if I would be willing to try treating via video link. I was nervous to try; it’s not something that would have occurred to me. They were very keen so we gave it a go. I have to say, the results astounded me.

We connected via a secure video link, using a headset to ensure privacy I speak to the client as I would in clinic, to establish the goal of the session. Once we are both happy and we know what is needed, my partner enters the room and lays on the couch. He acts like the parent does in a child session. I maintain a visual link with the client and question. The treatment is then performed using my partner as the surrogate body. 

Clients so far have reported big shifts and great improvements.

Do I know why this works? No, but I do know it does.
