I call this the ‘I don’t know whats wrong, but I just don’t feel well’.
When is tiredness classed as Chronic fatigue or Adrenal fatigue?
When you are fairly young (under 75years old) but can’t stay awake. You feel exhausted to the bone no matter how much you sleep (if you can). Getting up in the morning is a real struggle but after 10am is ok.
A holiday doesn’t relieve any of you tiredness and you can’t sleep!
You use to have lots of energy, but now feel the battery has run flat and you can’t find the charger.
People think your lazy or that your making it up. ‘Your always in bed!’
You can’t live without coffee or sugar drinks and crave salt.
You are gaining weight aorund the middle but your eating the same as always.
